iDisguise: Does Your iPod Need Security?

Worried about your child’s iPod being stolen? I recently received a message from the company idisguise. The company has created a collection of cases, that disguise your iPod as a container of candy. The product only works fro iPod Nano’s, and is essentially an Altoids can with a little padding. Once inside, the idea is other people will simply think your Nano is a package of mints, and not be inclined to steal it. An iPod projector? This week I found an ad for an iPod video projector. The basic idea of the projector, is that you connectyour video enabled iPod into this huge projector, and you can then project your video onto the wall behind you. I have to say, this makes absolutely no sense to me. I can’t for the life of me understand why you would purchase a large device to then plug your small video playing device into to play.
