Are you labeled by your friends and family as a technology hound? Do you think of yourself as a techie, computer guru, or just someone who just likes having the latest gadget? Read through the following to see if any of it applies to you.

You know you're a technology hound when...

Your car cost $500 and your computer system cost $3,000

You watch the end credits of a movie and can name off the type face used

You check your email more than once an hour

You have a profile set up on five different social network websites

You have an iPod or a razor phone in every color

Your computer has its own "about me" page on your website

You are sad when your email messages drop to less than 50 a day

Someone asks how many languages you speak and your reply three (C, XML and Java)

You know AppleTalk isn't conversation with fruit

You take your iPhone out of its case so it won't get claustrophobic

You spend more than ten minutes contemplating how the railroad crossing lights work

Your dog has his own podcast

You have more than 10 rules set up in your email program

You write blogs about your blogs

You have t-shirts made up that list your webpage address

You have the movie The Net on VHS, DVD and Blu-Ray disc

Your keychain holds exactly two keys and five flash drives

In the last year, you've upgraded your computer six times but still haven't changed the oil in your car

When you are asked if you have more than one hard drive, you respond by asking, "In which computer?"

You belong to a club that has the words "dot com" in its name

You spend three hours a day chatting online, but haven't called your mother in a month

You take your laptop into the bathroom with you.
