Today, the Apple website is available and updated to reflect the new releases, which are as follows. iMacs The new iMacs feature the sleekest design, yet. The all-in-one units puts the entire computer into an aluminum enclosure, so it looks just like a monitor sitting on a very cool stand. The screens showcase the new glossy displays in both 20-inch and 24-inch. They are widescreen LCD displays that promise incredibly crisp images. As for the guts, the new iMacs come with the following. Core 2 Duo processor up to 2.8GHz 4MB of shared L2 cache 1GB memory, up to 4GB Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB of GDDR3 memory and ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT with 128MB of GDDR3 memory

It boasts an ultra-thin design of just .33 inches at the front edge of the keyboard. Two USB ports, 2.0, are on the keyboard. If you combine this new wireless keyboard with the wireless Mighty Mouse, you can have a really clutter-free desktop. Software Suites iLife 08 and iWork 08 boost numerous updates and enhancements. Among these new features are: Automatic organization of photos into events, to make keeping track of digital photos in iPhoto a piece of cake. Numbers is particularly innovative because it introduces a brand new concept in spreadsheets. There are also a few updates to the word processor, Pages, and the presentation program, Keynote.
